About us

Founded in 1997, DUNLOP TECH GmbH combines under one roof the production and distribution of the Instant Mobility System tire sealant (IMS) as well as the software development and application of the Warnair tire pressure monitoring system.

We are a subsidiary of one of the world's largest tire groups, SUMITOMO RUBBER INDUSTRIES Ltd., Kobe, Japan (SRI), and our Hanau location combines those business fields that are not covered by the group's tire activities. SRI is a shareholder of the Goodyear-Dunlop tire group on whose premises DUNLOP TECH GmbH is situated, thus offering excellent conditions for constructive co-operation.

With its innovative ideas and high quality products DUNLOP TECH GmbH has become one of the leading German suppliers in the automotive sector and operates throughout Europe. Our main customers are vehicle manufacturers such as Audi, BMW, Daimler, Volkswagen, Opel, Skoda, Seat and ROBERT BOSCH GmbH.
