Regulation No. 64 of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UN/ECE) – uniform provisions concerning the approval of vehicles with regard to their equipment with a complete temporary-use spare wheel, run-flat tyres and/or a run-flat system and/or a tyre pressure monitoring system.
