Reporting Point for IT Security Incidents

A central reporting point is available for information regarding possible or already occurred IT security incidents.

Individuals, companies or organizations can contact this reporting point if they wish to report a security incident or suspect that they may be affected by a security-relevant event.

Please send your report to:

To help us review your report quickly and carefully, the following information is useful:

• A brief and factual description of the incident or suspicion.
• The time or period when the incident was identified.
• Information on possible impact, for example on systems, data or communication.
• A contact option in case follow-up questions arise.

Please do not submit passwords, access credentials or complete personal data records.

Reports may also be submitted anonymously upon request.

All incoming reports will be treated confidentially and reviewed in accordance with applicable legal and organizational requirements.

After receiving your report, you will promptly receive an acknowledgment of receipt.
