Tire Mobility System

Simply remain mobile

Tire Mobility Systems – consisting of a tire sealant and an electric air pump – frequently replace the spare wheel nowadays. And rightly so: If a puncture or cut occurs, which is quite common in breakdown cases, emergency repairs are easily, quickly and reliably accomplished. The sealant is simply filled into the tire which is then newly inflated by means of the electric air pump. Once the prescribed air pressure is reached, continue driving immediately so that the sealant can disperse within the tire, thus sealing the leak in the rubber. Once the tire has been successfully sealed, continuing at a maximum speed of 80 km/h before going to the next tire service shop is possible*.

As the tire continues to move, the sealing liquid is distributed in the tire.

The flexing of the tire causes a physicochemical reaction to take place in the puncture channel. The molecules of the two materials form a bond that is very flexible and elastic and matches the properties of the tire.

Tire Repair Systems offer:

Despite a flat tire the use of the Tire Mobility System allows to continue driving in a short-term.
Unlike mounting a spare wheel, the application of the sealant is simple and effortless.
The Tire Repair System makes it possible to dispense with the spare wheel and helps to save weight, fuel and consequently CO2.
